What do you do to the hair when you go to bed to keep the style?

I’ve watched lots of tutorials. They are great…EXCEPT most often the products being used doesn’t stay on the screen long enough to be jotted down. SUGGESTION TO ALL: Begin or end the video with a complete list of WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Towel(s), Rat Tail Comb, 2 different sized Perm Rod (depending on the length of your hair), TYPE OF PRODUCT BY NAME. (EX. leave in conditioner, detangler, smoothing creme, etc). That way, folks that want to try to style can get fully prepared and ready before they start to get the same effect as shown on the video..
