5 Foods to Help Cure Belly Bloat


We all know that slimming down takes dedication to exercising regularly and eating healthier – and when a woman does make the commitment to putting in all the necessary time and work to improving and doing right by her body, nothing can be more frustrating than a puffy, bloated belly that won’t seem to quit. Now when it comes to belly bloat there are a few well known reasons that might be causing your puffiness, such as your “monthly visitor.” And then there are other lesser known, but very common causes of belly bloat, such as partaking in certain foods that can cause that uncomfortable, full, gassy feeling.
