I have been natural for two years. When I wash and try to blow dry my hair it is difficult because it so thick. Do you have any suggestions?
Answer:
Blow drying ease is related to manageability. Often overtime our hair is left with a coating caused by product build-up.
This is often the result of “no-pooing” or “co-washing” routines. If you have a coating on your strand it will be difficult to manipulate the shape.
Be sure that you detox your hair with a detoxing shampoo like Groove Therapy’s Eradicate. Follow-up by cleansing, conditioning, and hydrating the hair.
Your cleanse and condition products should be determined by your hair type, texture, and condition. Groove Therapy carries five lines of cleanse and
conditioning products, Aqua Groove, Bouffancy, Convolution, Je Ne Sais Quoi, and Sutera. For hydration I recommend utilizing a home steamer
between salon visits. When blow drying and styling your hair only use ionic heat. Done properly this will infuse moisture into the hair, moisturizing
from the inside out instead of drying the hair and causing breakage.
wonderful points altogether, you simply gained a brand new reader. What would you recommend in regards to your post that you made some days ago? Any positive?

To retain moisture for your hair it’s recommended that you use an at home steamer or an at home dryer.

Hi Karin,
Congratulations on your transition over to being Natural. You should definitely look into a great product system and a hair steamer to help maintain the moisture. There are several product systems out there but we are familiar with the quality of Jane Carter Solution and Groove Therapy systems.
