Does The Inversion Method Really Grow Hair Out Quickly?

Today I heard something new: The Inversion Method.

You may have seen a number of YouTube videos of women dunking their heads over for several minutes at a time claiming it will make their hair grow many inches in one month.

On average, hair grows half an inch a month but with the Inversion Method, hair is believed to grow twice as fast.

Why is that?

The believe is that when the head is tilted over, blood rushes to the scalp, bringing nutrients and vital activity to generate hair growth faster.

It follows the same concept of the yoga for hair growth article I wrote previously.

You just put yourself in an inverted position (i.e. bending over with your head tilted downwards or lay on your bed with your head hanging off) and massage warm oil on your scalp for 5-10 minutes. Then, leave the oil on your scalp for a hour and rinse.

So, have you tried the inversion method? If so, tell us about it!
