After texturizing my natural hair, I was completely saddened with my decision. I was 16 months natural and was struggling with my thick 3c/4a hair, so I texturized it. I ended up with straight, stringy, thin hair. That was the first day of my new natural hair journey. I transitioned for a few months and then big chopped. Now I’m almost 11 months natural and have experienced tons of growth. I recently colored it Golden Blonde and am loving my hair so much. I’m so glad to be natural again. If you ever feel frustrated with your hair don’t do what I did! Get a protective style, a small haircut, or find ways to make doing your hair easier!
