Hair Oils To The Stars

It seems like every time you turn around, there is a new miracle hair oil on the market!

First, there was an argan oil craze…then macadamian oil….and the age old coconut craze.

But the fact reminds is that oil is probably the best means to moisturizing hair. It’s quick and can be used in rinse outs or as a leave-in conditioner for all types of hair.

But just as there are many different types of hairs, there are different types of hair textures. No woman’s head of hair is the same so how an oil reacts to your hair and my hair could be as complex as the difference between apples and potatoes.

The same thing applies with celebrities. What Lupita’s hair likes could be different than what Rihanna’s locs sing a tune to.

With that said, if you are in the market to switch up for hair oil game, take a look at the oils that some of our favorites celebrities swear by!

Coconut Oil for hair and skin for Solange: Kourtney Kardashian, Gisele Bundchen and Solange Knowles have made coconut oil part of their beauty routine. Which makes since because coconut oil is the granddaddy of all oils. It can be used as a conditioner, a moisturizer, a sealant and a product to twist hair with. And only a pinch needs to be used to hydrate and soften skin.

Argan Oil for Kelly Rowland: While argan oil is way more expensive than even the best coconut oil on the planet, it is still popular for strengthening and growth. Kelly Rowland, Eva Mendes and Oprah have all said argan works great for their tresses.
